Welcome to IronBranch. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BranchNote website and software application (the "Service") operated by IronBranch a product of Tempered Logic LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts and Licensing

Business Use: The Service is intended for use by businesses and organizations. By creating an account, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business entity.

Licensing: IronBranch grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service strictly for your internal business purposes, subject to the payment of applicable fees.
